Initial Public Offering
On July 16, 2008, PT Alamtri Resources Indonesia Tbk was officially listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) under the ticker code ADRO, following the completion of its initial public offering (IPO) for 11,139,331,000 shares or 35% of the 31,985,962,000 shares issued and fully paid-up. By raising Rp12.2 trillion, this IPO is one of the largest IPOs in the IDX history. The net proceeds from the IPO were entirely spent as of May 29, 2009 and were reported to its shareholders during the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS) on June 3, 2009.
Paid-up Capital Reduction
At the Annual GMS held on June 2, 2025, AlamTri's shareholders also approved a reduction in issued and paid-up capital by withdrawing 1,368,976,500 treasury shares, representing 4.45% of total issued and paid-up capital. As a result, issued and paid-up capital decreased from 30,758,665,900 shares (Rp3,075,866,590,000 nominal value) to 29,389,689,400 shares (Rp2,938,968,940,000 nominal value), further supporting shareholder returns.
